What are the benefits of AWS Learning Needs Analysis?

If you look at the trends, it seems like you are ready to embrace cloud computing in your business. But, are you really ready for it? It is not as easy as turning on the power. It takes careful planning, modification of processes, letting go old methods, and training teams to adapt to the new cloud setup. It is not an easy task to choose the right cloud platform partner. Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud pioneer, holds the largest market share in cloud business. It held 32.4% of the cloud market share in 2020, almost twice the amount of its nearest competitor. AWS remains a leader in cloud computing and Infrastructure-As-A-Service (IaaS). AWS also offers a free Learning Needs Analysis. Let’s take a closer look at these benefits when you choose AWS as your cloud provider.
Why AWS Cloud?
AWS Cloud is undoubtedly the market leader, and rightly so. It offers unique services and has been in the cloud computing industry for the longest time. Amazon Web Services has been around for over a decade. This means that it is ahead of its competition in many ways. Not only in refining its product offerings, but also in building trust and a loyal customer base. A Gartner report found that AWS has more computing power than its top 14 competitors. AWS Cloud clocked in a record $10 billion in revenue in 2020. This represented 13.5% of Amazon’s total revenue. Here are the reasons it is today’s most popular cloud platform.
A wide range of services: AWS Cloud’s greatest strength is its extensive list of cloud services. It offers nearly 200 services in storage, analysis and compute, database, IoT security, networking, management tools, developers tools, as well as enterprise apps.
Cloud for everyone: A wide range of services are available to anyone, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. It’s affordable, scalable, and it can change the world through its ease of use.
AWS Cloud is a pay-as-you use model. This means that even small businesses can reap the benefits from a cloud environment. It also offers low-cost cloud migration services that include simple tools to make infrastructure seamlessly move to the cloud. It offers flexible usage options for expanding companies.
Security and reliability: Amazon cloud is more secure than investing directly in storage or hosting. It has data centers around the world that are well-maintained, closely monitored, and have been carefully monitored. Better disaster management is also possible through the diversification of data. Imagine all your business-critical data being stored on one server and a hurricane destroying that server. This could spell disaster for your company.
AWS Learning Needs Analysis: A data-driven plan to enable cloud learning. It allows organizations to plan a comprehensive training program that will help them adapt and adopt the cloud faster. AWS LNA Analysis is a tool that evaluates your organization’s current skills and compares them to the required set of skills for cloud computing.
Let’s find out more about AWS Learning Analysis and how it can help you take a quick flight towards the cloud.
AWS Learning Needs Analysis
This step is a shortcut to help you identify where to start if you are considering adopting AWS Cloud technology for your business. This is the first step to accelerate your cloud efforts. Employees complete a self-assessment survey to help with the AWS LNA analysis. AWS experts analyze the results to identify critical skill gaps. A comprehensive and targeted learning plan for the organization is then created to address these skills gaps. We will discuss the benefits of AWS LNA, which can help you chart your journey towards the cloud in an organized and efficient manner.
What is AWS Learning Needs Analysis (AWS Learning Needs Analysis)?

AWS Cloud is a great place to start if you’re just starting with AWS.

What are the 5 main responsibilities of Agile Software Development Managers (Agile Software Development Managers)?

Being a successful Agile software developer manager requires you to be a motivator, translator, and taskmaster. Many companies have separate teams that can work on different projects and produce valuable applications. These companies expect their code to be high-quality, secure, easy-to-maintenance, with low defects, and capable of meeting business objectives while minimizing technical debt. Many large companies that have multiple Agile teams need to recognize the roles and responsibilities of key members and the management team in order to achieve a balance between standard principles and self-organizing.
It is therefore important to define the role of the manager. Agile development provides guidelines for product owners, scrum masters, and team members. There are many gray areas in most frameworks and practices that address the role of software developers managers. Let’s dive deeper and reveal the five main responsibilities of an Agile software developer manager.
1. Discuss Implementation Trade-Offs With Product Owners
To align teams with requirements and acceptance criteria, the user and feature stories must clearly define ‘what’ and ‘why’. Technically, it is not necessary to specify how the feature will be implemented. However, many product owners would like to include the details of the implementation in the user stories. The problem with a prescriptive model for a story or feature is that it binds the development teams to a rigid implementation framework that can be costly or difficult to scale. When there aren’t many requirements, the team can take initiative and create the plan that best suits the business and the needs. If the requirements are too complex, the software development manager should clarify and classify multiple implementation options with product owners. This approach is more effective and produces better results.
2. Provide best practices and standards to members of the team
The most difficult task for an architect is explaining best practices and standards to the team. It is also difficult to get them to use these standards correctly, especially in large software companies. There may be experts within your team who are willing to explore other ways of doing things beyond what is recommended in the best practices and standards. You might also have less-experienced professional developers who don’t understand the coding challenges or the practices. You must be able to understand the mindset and skills of each member in order to manage Agile software development. You must also review the implementations objectively to identify the best practices and standards that are applicable. These can be translated to your team and shared with architects.
3. It is not possible to challenge backlogs that are not focused on innovation and technical debt
Product owners usually work with customers and stakeholders to establish product visions, feature priorities and roadmaps. They are constantly under pressure to deliver more features and satisfy stakeholders with their priorities. Sometimes, this pressure can lead to an excessive Agile Backlog, which is overloaded with features, aswell as insufficient ability to innovate, experiment, or deal with technical debt. Sometimes, it is necessary to do some projects quickly when critical business functionality must be delivered in a short amount of time. The team must return to stability, where innovation, technical debt priorities, as well as features, are balanced. Dashboards on the backlog are one way to make priorities more transparent and effective. While the teams can create additional processes and governance to manage technical debt, there should always be an active leader at the helm of affairs.
4. High-Quality Releases on an Agreed Schedule
An Agile software development manager’s most important responsibility is to ensure that high-quality releases are delivered on time. Poor implementation can put an organization at risk if it is perceived as inconsistent, undependable, or negligent in terms of timeline and quality. The Agile manager is responsible to identify the root cause of the problem and handle it. You should consider all options. You might also consider demonstrating your frustrations and discussing them. This will help you identify the problem and work together to solve them. Another option is to review the data and collect additional information.

The ITIL Certification Roadmap: What You Need to Know

The Information Technology Infrastructure Library, (ITIL), is the main framework for managing IT service delivery across all industries. It defines a service cycle model that outlines the activities and processes involved in designing, developing, and delivering IT services.
ITIL is made up of five core phases, or areas of practice, of the IT Service Lifecycle. Each phase includes supporting principles.
Service Strategy
Service Design
Service Transition
Service Operation
Continual Service Improvement
ITIL(r), Certification – Benchmark to Demonstrate IT Service Management Skills. To implement the ITIL Framework, professionals must have a thorough knowledge and proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM (r)). This can be achieved by obtaining an ITIL qualification. You need to be familiar with the ITIL certification scheme if you want to become qualified in ITIL.
ITIL Certification Roadmap
ITIL Certifications are based on a modular credit system. Each ITIL qualification is assigned a credit value.
ITIL Foundation
It provides an overview of key concepts, elements and terminologies related to ITSM. This helps candidates understand ITIL and provides an overview of ITIL service support and delivery methods. The ITIL Foundation exam is not required. After passing the foundation level exam, you will earn 2 credits.
ITIL Intermediate
Candidates must have completed the Foundation level to be eligible for the Intermediate level. Candidates can choose from any combination of the nine ITIL Intermediate modules in order to earn at least 15 credits to advance to the next ITIL level. It is divided into two stages: Service Lifecycle and Services Capability. The Service Lifecycle includes five modules: Service Strategy and Service Design, Service Transition, Services Operation, Service Operation, Service Transition, and Continual Improvement. The Service Lifecycle modules offer management-oriented knowledge about ITIL processes. Each module is given three credits. Four modules make up Service Capability: Operational Support, Analysis, Release Control, Validation, Planning Protection and Optimization, and Operational Support. The Service Capability modules offer execution-oriented knowledge about ITIL processes. Each module is awarded four credits.
ITIL Practitioner
ITIL Practitioner is the newest entry in the ITIL qualification program. This certification provides guidance on how to adopt and adapt ITIL Framework to support business goals. ITIL Practitioner can be completed after Intermediate or Foundation level. It is not required for ITIL Expert level. After completing the Practitioner level, you will earn 3 credits.
ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle
It provides the knowledge and skills that ITSM professionals need to support service delivery within their organizations by unifying the Service Level stages. It contextualizes the ITIL practices and processes across the lifecycle and capability streams. To attempt ITIL Managing across the Lifecycle (MALC), you must pass the ITIL Intermediate qualification. After completing the MALC level, you will earn 5 credits.
ITIL Expert
It requires you to acquire skills and knowledge in all aspects of ITIL processes and practices across all ITIL disciplines. You must have completed at least 22 credits from the ITIL Foundation, Intermediate, or MALC levels. ITIL Expert also counts the three credits you have earned from the ITIL Practitioner qualification. Although there are no credits required to pass the ITIL Expert level qualification, this qualification is a prerequisite for the ITIL Master certification.
ITIL Master
It outlines the application knowledge and skills required by ITIL Framework professionals working at higher levels of ITSM planning and management. Amazon SageMaker ML Model Monitoring

Table of Contents
Machine learning solutions are a key part of the business world. They prepare organizations for the next big thing. The world is moving towards Artificial Intelligence (or Deep Learning) where systems can learn on their own and make decisions about processes, much like humans. This will lead to greater autonomy in operations. Two key factors are supporting the transition to the age AI and Deep Learning. Organizations today produce huge amounts of data that contains valuable insights that can help them to plan their business. Cloud technology offers the computing power needed to process large data sets and extract accurate insights. Cloud technology is able to provide the computational power required to process large datasets and draw accurate insights. Organizations are therefore better positioned to explore new opportunities to improve their processes, product or service delivery, and are better equipped to do so. Machine Learning Models are created by using data samples for training, validation, and deployment. Organizations must evaluate the performance and validity of machine learning models after they have been tested, validated, tested, and deployed. This is because real-world data may change. The models may not produce the expected outcome or perform poorly over time. Machine Learning Engineers rely upon ML model monitoring techniques for better performance, data relevance and service availability. AWS, a leading cloud computing solution provider, offers the Amazon SageMaker, a fully managed Machine Learning Service. Data Scientists and Developers use this service to create machine learning solutions in cloud. This article will explain the importance of Machine Learning Model Monitor and how Amazon SageMaker monitors ML models. Learn more about the AWS training courses, which prepare professionals for AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty certification.
What is Machine Learning Model Monitor? Data engineers, data scientists and machine learning engineers work together to develop and maintain smooth operations for machine learning solutions. Data engineers are responsible to clean and prepare the data for the Machine Learning Models. Data scientists and Machine Learning Engineers develop, train, and then test Machine Learning Models. MLOps professionals manage the deployment and management in production of the model once it is ready for production. Monitoring is necessary to evaluate the health of ML solutions, data quality, integrity, model performance, bias, and other factors. To learn more, visit our blog on AWS machine learning models.
Importantness of Machine Learning Model MonitoringThe performance and quality of a Machine Learning Model is affected once it has been put into production. The performance of ML models is affected by a few things.
Differences in production and testing environments: Data scientists and ML engineers select a smaller dataset to train Machine Learning Models. They then clean it up to make sure that the model can learn from it. Performance degradation can occur when the same model is in production. Machine learning engineers must be able to identify these differences and take the necessary steps to fix them.
Data drift is the result of a change in the environment where data are collected. The team develops a Machine Learning Model by using a subset to train it. The data used to train the model becomes less relevant over time. This can have an impact on its performance.
Data integrity: Changes in the data format can cause serious problems for the machine learning model’s performance. These changes could be related to renaming fields, adding new data categories or splitting up categories, among other things.
The Machine Learning Model Monitor tool allows the team to better manage ML solutions and identify potential issues for proactive measures. Amazon SageMaker Model monitor is one example of a tool that alerts the team when predictions are incorrect. The tool sends alerts and alarms to the team so they can take corrective actions such as retraining or data auditing. Read our blog to learn more about why data preparation is important and how data is precluded.

Microsoft Teams vs Skype For Business: What’s New?

Communication is an important and influential aspect of the workplace.
It is quite common for people to be given a task or part of a discussion, but not know what to do next. Statistics show that 57% of employees don’t receive clear instructions on tasks and that 57% of managers don’t feel comfortable communicating with employees. This is true for groups and teams that are under one roof. But what about teams where members work from different parts of the world?
Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business are great communication tools. Microsoft Teams is clearly superior to Skype for Business. This is not a mystery. These differences will be explored in the article.

Both tools have revolutionized the way we communicate and exchange ideas. They both offer amazing UI and an incredible collaboration experience. The way they work is different.
This article will explain the key differences between technology and processes, as well as how your business can benefit from these technologies. Let’s get started.
Microsoft Teams vs Skype For Business
1. Persistent Chat
Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams both allow real-time chat. Dispersed teams require an alternative to phone calls for long-standing issues.
Both calls and videos can be productive but interruptions due to absence often disturb deep work and interfere with it.
Skype for Business, along with other software like Lync or Microsoft OCS, changed the way businesses communicate. Skype for Business was different. Chats were closed after a business day or when the chat was finished. Chat logs in this case were saved to certain platforms such as Outlook and Exchange.
Microsoft Teams introduced persistent chat to fill this gap.

Microsoft Teams enabled a unified presence. People could see when you were available, busy, or on a call.
You can also create an “out-of-office” message in Teams. If you mention you or send a private chat, stakeholders will be reminded that you are out of office.
Teams will now display a notification in Activity feed if you have a missed phone call or a voicemail.

2. Messaging
Teams can be set up to provide a continuous stream of information on a topic. It’s similar to persistent chat between people. You can create teams per department, per project or per customer basis.
Any member of your group can share files, messages, emojis and GIFs with other members of their team. Any member of the group can start a meeting by clicking on the “Meet Now” button.

3. New Collaboration Features:
The Guest Access feature allows anyone with a business email account or consumer email account, such as Outlook.com, Gmail.com to join a call and be a ‘guest in Teams’ with full access and control over the chats, meetings and files.

Teams can now support Vietnamese, Romanian, or Indonesian languages. You can also create up to 200 channels per team.

4. Meetings
Many of the features of Skype for Business are similar to those of Teams, making it easy and intuitive to adopt Teams. Both tools share many common features, including screen sharing, call recording, file uploads, and file uploads. The interface changes from blue-purple to allow you to host a meeting within the pane which contains all your team members as well as one-on-one chats.
Other cool features of Microsoft Teams include:
You can choose to blur or modify the background
Whiteboard masking: When a team member is drawing on a whiteboard, they won’t have their body in the way
Live captions and live events are available to all users, even those who do not have access to Microsoft Teams.
5. Integration
Skype for Business integration was initially limited to calling and connecting from telephony systems. Third-party apps such as Zapier provided IFTTT functionality.
Microsoft has announced that Skype for Business will no longer be compatible with third-party audio conference providers, as part of its integration with other collaboration apps.
Microsoft Teams is packed with your most important apps and should be added to your Microsoft Teams tenant in the Teams app store.

The Teams app store combines a variety of apps that allow you to bring your favorite apps into Microsoft Teams. This reduces switching between tabs and apps, and allows for hours of productivity.
6. Storage
Microsoft Teams creates a new team and a new SharePoint site backend when you create it. Every document or file you upload to the team, either in the team messaging area of the files tab, will be saved to SharePoint.

(ISC)2 SSCP Certification Overview and Benefits

The ISC)2 was established in 1989 by the Special Interest Group for Computer Security, (SIG-CS), and other organizations whose goal was to standardize a vendor neutral security certification program. The Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) is the core of every (ISC2) certification program. It is a framework for establishing industry standards as well as security principles.

Professionals who are working in IT jobs or developing their knowledge of Information Security can apply for the (ISC)2 SSCP certificate. This certification meets the requirements of ANSI/ISO/IEC Standard 17024. It is also one of the basic certifications that allows professionals to meet the requirements of DoD 8570.01-Manual and US Department of Defense Directive 8040. As cybersecurity becomes more complex, the U.S. federal governments require qualified workers and have established minimum knowledge requirements to ensure that they are able to perform security-related tasks. SSCP certification meets IA Technical (IAT), functions at levels I, II and CSSP Infrastructure Support.
What is the SSCP certification?
The (ISC2 SSCP) certification is often equaled with Security+, which from CompTIA is an entry-level IT security certification. However, this certification allows for a comprehensive, real-world experience that can be easily applied in a professional’s daily work activities and is often regarded as a great way to prepare to take the CISSP. The (ISC)2 SSCP certification can be used by professionals to keep abreast of security threats and to provide them with a complete overview of important topics such as planning risk management and business continuity.
Professionals can earn the SSCP certification to be able to recognize their computer-related security knowledge, proficiency, skills, and competencies. This certification is worth considering for anyone interested in Information Security and cyber security professionals who are looking to advance their careers. This certification is available to IT security professionals already working in the field. This certification is available to consultants, analysts, system administrators, engineers, network security engineers, and database administrators.
You must have the required experience to be eligible for the SSCP credential.
SSCP targets security professionals with at least one year of experience in one or several of the Common Body of Knowledge areas (CBK) that (ISC.2) considers most important for aspiring IT security professionals.

For one month of work experience, you must work at least 34 hours per week for four weeks. Part-time work is allowed up to 2080 hours. Candidates who have completed a bachelor’s/master’s degree at an approved institution in cybersecurity can satisfy the experience requirement.

Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Computer Systems Engineering are all pre-approved degrees. Qualifications are randomly checked.

You can also apply for the SSCP with a paid or unpaid internship, but the company/organization must confirm the position.

Those who do not have the required work experience can still take the SSCP exam. If they pass, they can become an Associate of (ISC2) designation. This is an alternative to normal certification and allows for up to two years to complete endorsement and become SSCP certified.

How to Prepare for SSCP certification?
Candidates should begin by learning as much information about the exam as possible. This can be done by downloading the official certification website material. You can also access test demonstrations on the Pearson VUE website. It is important to familiarize yourself with the content and domains of the test. You also need to know all administrative requirements in order to avoid any issues or grounds that could prevent you from passing the SSCP exam.
The applicant will need to sign in to Pearson VUE, select the preferred test center and schedule date, as well as pay the fees. Pearson VUE will then send the information to (ISC). You can also register by phone
All certifications are based on the Common Body of Knowledge, (CBK), which was created and maintained by (ISC).2. They are based on industry norms and best practices in information safety. A Job Task Analysis (JTA), is required.
